Who is responsible

RealClientWebsites is operated by Allen Gomes in Ontario, Canada. Allen is the contact for privacy questions and requests at allenrgomes@gmail.com.

Information collected

The request form collects your name, email address, and project description. You may also provide a website or brief link. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or private client information in your initial request.

Hidden form fields record the advertised offer and, when present, a campaign label from the page URL. The campaign label helps identify which outreach led to a request; it does not track your browsing across websites. Hosting logs may record basic technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your request, recommend a scope, prepare a quote, communicate about requested work, understand which public page or campaign led to the request, prevent abuse, and keep appropriate business records. Submitting the form does not place you on an unrelated marketing list.

Hosting and form processing

When hosted on Netlify, Netlify processes form submissions and hosting logs for RealClientWebsites. Information may also be handled by the email provider used to receive and answer your request. These providers operate under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

This production build does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not store preferences in local storage. It does not include a third-party analytics script. A consent banner is therefore not shown. If those practices change, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before the new tracking is enabled.

Sharing and sale

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with providers needed to host the site, process the form, communicate with you, deliver requested work, comply with law, or protect the website and its users.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where the information is no longer needed and no legal exception applies. Email allenrgomes@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the request.

Links to Instagram and other websites are governed by those services' privacy practices. This policy may be updated when the website or its information practices change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
